We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, a $65 fee will be assessed. This policy helps us respect the time of both our clients and providers and ensures that appointment slots are available for those in need of care.
